Scott Martin


Scott Martin joined Smith Hancock in 2012.

As a Manager, Scott supports the Appointees in the running of various types of external administrations. He assists in the day to day fieldwork of various matters and applies his experience towards some of the more complex matters undertaken by the firm. 

Scott’s strong work ethic enables him to complete matters in a timely manner.  His strong interpersonal skills also enable him to communicate effectively with various stakeholders in insolvency matters to achieve mutually desirable outcomes.

Scott assists with mentoring junior staff in their training and job development.

In addition to corporate matters, Scott also has experience in forensic accounting, personal insolvency and realisation of property pursuant to Orders of the Court under Section 66G of the Conveyancing Act (NSW).

  • Bachelor of Business Administration with a Bachelor of Commerce (Professional Accounting)
  • Chartered Accountant
